Elizabeth has been practicing therapeutic massage since 2019. She is experienced in relaxation and deep tissue massage, especially in working with shoulder and hip disfunction. Her technique is more on the medium to firm pressure scale and each massage is customized to meet clients’ personal needs and expectations. In 2020, Elizabeth became specialized in non-needle acupuncture, fertility and prenatal massage through the Institute of Somatic Therapy, and became a certified doula.
